Standard delivery for in-stock items typically takes 5-10 business days. For larger furniture pieces requiring white-glove delivery, please allow 2-3 weeks for scheduling and transit.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, GEOMETRY ships to the contiguous United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics network to support international orders in the near future.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made upholstery and final sale items are not eligible for return.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all GEOMETRY furniture pieces come with a limited 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and structural integrity under normal residential use.
Can I request fabric swatches before purchasing?
Absolutely. You can order up to five complimentary fabric swatches through our 'Swatch Program' link to ensure the color and texture perfectly match your space.
How can I track the status of my delivery?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. For large freight items, our delivery partner will contact you directly to schedule a specific delivery window.
