Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and hardware are included to maintain eligibility for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location near you.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned home goods, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
